phtaya365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and applicable regulatory obligations.
You may close your phtaya365 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any outstanding verification must be completed before remaining balances are returned. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.
